A prestigious Retail company based in Makati is in need of a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
?ú Degree in any Business course
?ú Open-minded, flexible and a team player; being highly motivated and results-oriented is vital
?ú Strong sales expertise is needed
?ú Remarkable problem solving and analytical abilities essential
?ú Strong foundation in leadership and people development skills are necessary
?ú Excellent Communications skills
?ú Ideally 5 years of significant management experience in distribution
Responsibilities include:
?ú Directing and setting expectations for the sales group on a nationwide basis
?ú Developing and executing sales objectives and strategies to achieve and exceed goals
?ú Overseeing and controlling the Sales department costs and expenses
?ú Coordinating with Merchandising on stock allocation and turnovers
?ú Collaborating with Marketing regarding campaigns and promotions
?ú Identifying channel opportunities to expand market share
?ú Key Accounts management
