Duties and responsibilities will include:
Payroll, Salary and Benefits Administration
Performance Management
Training and Personnel Development
Records Management
Employee Relation and Legal Cases Administration
Auxiliary Services

Qualifications/ skills required:
Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology or any related course
Must have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration Management
Must be willing to be assigned to Camarines Norte (onsite housing provided)
Must have Excellent English communication skills.
