A Global ICT Solutions Provider is currently looking for a Technical Helpdesk Associate to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
 Analyze and identify causes of issues raised
 Provide appropriate resolution to technical issues or problems
 Handle issues related to PC, server, network and infrastructure.

Qualifications/ skills required:
 Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
 At least 1 year Technical Helpdesk experience
 Must have good English communication skills.
