A Global Digital Exchange Company currently expanding operations in the Philippines is currently looking for a reliable and self-driven HR and Administration Executive to support the activities of the Operations Department.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
 Perform General Office Administration and Management including supporting HR Operations and Recruitment
 Support the Chief Operations Officer by providing administrative support including managing partners, consultants and recruitment agencies
 Ensure that administrative, recruitment and HR processes are running smoothly on a daily basis.

Qualifications/ skills required:
 At least 3 years experience as an Administrative Officer, HR Generalist or Recruitment or any similar roles
 Must have very good organizational skills, excellent time management skills and proven problem solving skills
 Prior knowledge and experience in Human Resources particularly in Recruitment is a must
 Must have Excellent English communication skills.
