Location: Makati City
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Highly competitive, dependent on experience
A Global Digital Exchange Company currently expanding operations in the Philippines is currently looking for a reliable and self-driven HR and Administration Executive to support the activities of the Operations Department.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Perform General Office Administration and Management including supporting HR Operations and Recruitment
Support the Chief Operations Officer by providing administrative support including managing partners, consultants and recruitment agencies
Ensure that administrative, recruitment and HR processes are running smoothly on a daily basis.
Qualifications/ skills required:
At least 3 years experience as an Administrative Officer, HR Generalist or Recruitment or any similar roles
Must have very good organizational skills, excellent time management skills and proven problem solving skills
Prior knowledge and experience in Human Resources particularly in Recruitment is a must
Must have Excellent English communication skills.
