Description
An International Furniture Manufacturing Company is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Assistant to handle queries and complaints from customers and ensure excellent customer service.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Acting as a liaison between the company and the customers
Providing product and services information
Handling documentation of orders and other paperwork
Assisting with the delivery and installation of furniture.
Qualifications and skills required:
Must be fluent in either Mandarin, Japanese or Korean
At least 3 years’ experience in customer service
Degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or other related fields
Excellent English Communication, Business Correspondence and Presentation Skills.
