Description
An International Furniture Manufacturing Company is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Assistant to handle queries and complaints from customers and ensure excellent customer service.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
 Acting as a liaison between the company and the customers
 Providing product and services information
 Handling documentation of orders and other paperwork
 Assisting with the delivery and installation of furniture.

Qualifications and skills required:
 Must be fluent in either Mandarin, Japanese or Korean
 At least 3 yearsí experience in customer service
 Degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or other related fields
 Excellent English Communication, Business Correspondence and Presentation Skills.
