Description
Join an established IT Company specializing in Tracking Systems as a Customer Support Staff who will primarily be involved in providing support to clients.

Other responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and maintaining company productís website
- Troubleshooting systems and escalating matters as needed
- Working closely with the Solutions Team to provide feedback
- Ensuring company products are delivered on time by coordinating service schedules.

Qualifications required:
- Experience in database management and systems analysis is a must
- Must have good communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
