We’re looking for a visionary Head of Engineering – Transportation Infrastructure to lead an Engineering Consultancy Company growing transport business in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on high-priority client pursuits, shaping winning strategies that align with our business goals and deliver outstanding results. You’ll inspire and empower a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and continuous innovation.
You’re a seasoned leader with a passion for shaping the future of transport infrastructure. To be successful in this role, you should have:
Recognised tertiary qualifications in planning or engineering, supported by relevant professional certification or chartership.
Proven strategic leadership experience in the transport sector — ideally spanning rail, roads, aviation, and maritime.
Exceptional interpersonal and client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust, strengthen partnerships, and position Arup as a partner of choice.
A strong track record in leading complex bids and pursuits, including pricing strategies and proposal development that drive successful outcomes.
A genuine commitment to inclusive leadership, fostering a diverse, high-performing team culture that champions mentorship, collaboration, and continuous growth.
