A Global Software Development Company is currently looking for an Application Support Engineer who will be responsible for troubleshooting software applications.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Provide technical support to users via phone, email, chat or ticketing systems
Diagnose and identify resolution for application issues
Assist in application deployment, configuration changes and patch management
Ensure optimal system performance.
Qualifications/ skills required:
Degree in Computer Science, IT or any related course
At least 2 years’ experience in Application Support or Application Maintenance
Experience in using C#, ASP.NET/MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Must have excellent English communication skills.
