Description
A Global Engineering Consulting Firm is currently looking for a Lead Geotechnical Engineer who will lead and manage geotechnical analysis and design for maritime infrastructure.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Perform geotechnical analysis, calculations, design and verification
Initiate desktop studies for development of maritime infrastructure
Implement stability, settlement and foundation analysis for maritime structures
Provide recommendations for foundation systems based on soil-structure evaluation
Prepare geotechnical interpretative reports on gathered data and testing from geotechnical investigations.
Qualifications/ skills required:
At least 10 years’ experience in Geotechnical Design of Maritime Structures
Experience in dredging, reclamation and ground improvement works
Knowledge or relevant codes and standards applicable to maritime structures
Must have excellent English Communication Skills
