Description
A Global Chemical Manufacturing Company is currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for the general upkeep of the manufacturing plant.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Coordinate installation, maintenance and repair work of the plant
Perform periodic inspection and maintenance of the facilities and equipment
Prepare maintenance schedule and allocate work assignment to subordinates
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance processes.
Qualifications/ skills required:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering; a Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage
At least 5 years’ working experience with heavy machineries like mills, crushers, roto packaging etc.
In-depth knowledge of maintenance management and predictive inspection methods
Must have strong leadership skills and people management experience
Excellent English communication skills.
