Description
A Cybersecurity Services Provider is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager who will ensure success and satisfaction of clients.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
 Provide exceptional support, guidance and strategic advice to clients
 Manage communication between internal and external clients
 Coordinate customer internation between internal and external stakeholders
 Oversee transition of services from deployment to support for new customers.

Qualifications/ skills required:
 At least 7 years’ experience in Client Services, IT and Cybersecurity
 Must have experience working with customers in the technology industry handling Microsoft, Crowdstrike and Splunk
 Extensive experience in managing large, complex accounts with multiple LOBs and stakeholders
 Must have Excellent English communication skills.
