Description
A Cybersecurity Services Provider is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager who will ensure success and satisfaction of clients.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Provide exceptional support, guidance and strategic advice to clients
Manage communication between internal and external clients
Coordinate customer internation between internal and external stakeholders
Oversee transition of services from deployment to support for new customers.
Qualifications/ skills required:
At least 7 years’ experience in Client Services, IT and Cybersecurity
Must have experience working with customers in the technology industry handling Microsoft, Crowdstrike and Splunk
Extensive experience in managing large, complex accounts with multiple LOBs and stakeholders
Must have Excellent English communication skills.
