Duties and Responsibilities:
Broad knowledge of information technology infrastructure
Exceptional customer service approach and ability to handle critical or sensitive customer issues
Understanding of incident management process, including prioritization, communication and escalation
Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment
Direct exposure to the any of the following technologies:
o Current Microsoft server platform versions
o Unix/Linux platforms
o Databases (MS SQL, Oracle, etc.)
o VMware
o Ticket logging systems
o Card Management System
o Certificate Authority
o ActivClient Middleware
o .Net Wrapper Developed Softwares
o Two factor Authentication

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in application support or service related role
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)
Base certification in 1 or more supported products
ITIL certification
Valid passport may be required for overseas training.
