Duties and Responsibilities:

• Broad knowledge of information technology infrastructure
• Exceptional customer service approach and ability to handle critical or sensitive customer issues
• Understanding of incident management process, including prioritization, communication and escalation
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment
• Direct exposure to the any of the following technologies:
o Current Microsoft server platform versions
o Unix/Linux platforms
o Databases (MS SQL, Oracle, etc.)
o VMware
o Ticket logging systems
o Card Management System
o Certificate Authority
o ActivClient Middleware
o .Net Wrapper Developed Softwares
o Two factor Authentication

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application support or service related role
• Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)
• Base certification in 1 or more supported products
• ITIL certification
• Valid passport may be required for overseas training.
