Salary: Dependent on experience

A well known established global consulting firm is looking for an Administrator to help and support the telecoms team where you will be reporting directly to the IT Manager.

• Generate monthly mobile usage report
• Analyze monthly mobile spending
• Monitor mobile service/device inventory
• Maintain close communications with the local IT office for provisioning/termination and adjustments of subscription plan of mobile services and device
• Collaborate with the internal support team for usage cost allocation and invoice payment

Qualifications/Experience required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Management/ Finance/ IT
• At least up to 2 years work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with data mining and analysis using Excel/MS Access
• Background with using MS Office applications
