Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Highly competitive, dependent on experience
A Global Digital Exchange Company currently expanding operations in the Philippines is currently looking for a pioneer Business Analyst to analyze and define business requirements.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Perform analysis, defining requirements and design specification to scope business requirements, functions and processes
Organize, conduct and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Train and mentor project team members and participants to improve quality and completeness of specifications
Maintain good communication with project members and stakeholders to ensure availability during activities.
Qualifications/ skills required:
At least 5 years experience in Business Analysis in a Software Development environment
Must have critical analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Exposure in an Agile/Scrum Development Processes
Must have excellent documentation skills
Must have Excellent English communication skills.
