Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Highly competitive, dependent on experience
A Global Digital Exchange Company currently expanding operations in the Philippines is currently looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to manage Scrum processes of the development teams.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Coordinate with the Scrum Team in Agile Methodology
Responsible for identifying and removing barriers or obstacles that affect the productivity of the Scrum team
Arrange, schedule and facilitate daily meetings, demo and decision-making processes.
Qualifications/ skills required:
At least 4 years experience in a Scrum Master role
Must have proven experience and knowledge in an Agile/Scrum development environment
Working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence tools
Must have excellent documentation and problem solving skills
Must have Excellent English communication skills.
