Description
A Telecommunications Service Provider is currently looking for a Telecoms Technical Operations Manager to oversee and manage operational activities of the company.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Provide technical direction on recommendations and solutions both internal and external
Monitor Service Delivery Levels including compliance to approved budget, quality and business requirements
Oversee IT Infrastructure including planning, project management, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance
Ensure good working relationship with clients, customers and vendors
Create strategies with key accounts to retain and build business.
Qualifications/ skills required:
Degree in Business, Commerce or equivalent
At least 5 years professional work experience in Information Technology or Telecommunications
At least 3 years experience in Operations Management and Client Relationship Management
Must possess good leadership and people management skills.
Must have Excellent English communication skills.
